Lyceum celebrates 50 years with preview ticket giveaway

Tickets for the previews of the Royal Lyceum’s 50th anniversay production of Waiting for Godot go on sale on Monday 17 September, when the first 50 people in the queue at the theatre will get a pair of tickets free.

Brian Cox and Bill Paterson will star as Vladimir and Estragon in Samuel Beckett’s masterly black comedy, directed by Mark Thomson. The show has a press night on Tuesday 22 September 2015 and runs to October 10.

Tickets for the three previews on Friday 18, Saturday 19 and Monday 21 September go on sale at 10am on Monday 17 August 2015. All preview tickets after the first 50 pairs are £10 each.

Booking for the previews and for the “secret seats” also opens online and for telephone bookers at 10am with 2000 tickets all on sale at £10.

The production will mark 50 years since the Royal Lyceum Theatre Company gave its debut performance of A Servant O’ Twa Maisters in September 1965.
