ESO pick up the Magic Flute

Edinburgh Studio Opera are staging a new production of Mozart’s The Magic Flute at the Lauriston Halls this week, from Tuesday 24 February 2015.

Setting the production in Ancient Persia, the director is Lloyd Llewellyn-Jones. The company promise a vibrant and colourful re-imagining of a classic, in which they will inject the splendour of Mozart’s Vienna with Eastern mystique.
