Assembly EdFringe discount for locals
£8.25 tix for all Central Belt postcodes
Assembly Festival has launched a flat-rate discounted £8.25 ticket for 177 productions staged at its venues over the Fringe opening weekend, Wednesday 5 to Sunday 9 August 2026.
Residents across the Central Belt can take advantage of the discounts. As well as audiences from Edinburgh, those with postcodes in Glasgow, Kirkcaldy, Falkirk, Stirling, Motherwell and Dumfries and Galloway are all included in the scheme.

The tickets are only available through https://www.assemblyfestival.com using the promo-code LOCALAF26, and to those whose billing address gives their local postcode as EH, FK, G, KY, ML or DG.
The offer starts today, Tuesday 14 July at 10am and ends 11.59pm on Sunday 26 July (or when tickets sell out – whichever comes first). Tickets are limited to a maximum of two tickets per performance and six per transaction. The £8.50 price includes a booking fee of £1.25
The venues with productions in the promotion are Assembly George Square (91 productions), Assembly Hall (9 productions), the Assembly Rooms (33 productions), Assembly Roxy (36 productions) and Assembly @ Dance Base (8 productions).
