Alex McGowan, the Lyceum’s executive director and joint chief executive, is to leave the role in Spring 2019 to take up a similar position with the Glasgow Citizens.

Greig to adapt classic SF novel for stage:
The Lyceum is to stage an adaptation of Stanislav Lem’s Solaris by David Greig as part of its 2019/20 season in a co-production with the Malthouse Theatre in Melbourne, Australia.

Tickets for the musical adaptation of Local Hero at the Lyceum go on public sale on Tuesday 1 May 2018 at 10am. The production will open at the Lyceum on Sat 23 March 2019 for a four week run before transferring to London’s Old Vic.
