Don’t. Make. Tea.
★★★★☆ Surprising
Don’t. Make. Tea., at the Traverse for four nights only, finds Rob Drummond scripting a dark tale of the labyrinthine benefits system for Birds of Paradise Theatre Company.

The Duchess [of Malfi]
★★★★☆ Necessarily nightmarish:
The blood-soaked events of The Duchess [of Malfi], a co-production between the Lyceum and the Citizens Theatre, are almost unwatchably intense at times. As a depiction of timeless and timely considerations, however, this production is hard to beat.

Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland
★★★★☆ Wonderful:
While not specifically Christmassy, Alice’s Adventures In Wonderland at the Lyceum proves an ideal fit for the festive season. Hugely colourful, funny, and fascinating, it is thoroughly involving and a little disorienting.
