Katherine Ryan books Playhouse night in May

Katherine Ryan, the comedian, TV panel show regular and creator of Netflix’s The Duchess, is bringing her latest show Missus to the Edinburgh Playhouse on Saturday May 28, 2022.

Tickets for the show go on sale from this Friday, 4 February, at 10am (book here).

Katherine Ryan

Having previously denounced partnership, the Canadian comic has since married her first love, Bobby. They hadn’t seen each other since she moved to Toronto for university but were reunited in 2018 when she visited Canada to film Who Do You Think You Are?.

A lot has changed for everyone in the last two years since The Duchess’s first – and only – season aired on Netflix and in the new show, Ryan spills her hilarious new perspectives on life, love, and what it means to be Missus.

Ryan is already taking Missus on an extended tour around the UK. Tickets for her Scottish dates at the Dunfermline Alhambra (March 25, tickets here) and the Glasgow SEC Armadillo (March 26, tickets here), are close to selling out.

A regular at the Edinburgh Fringe, Ryan’s “laugh-out-loud memoir”, The Audacity, was published in 2021.
