Touch, a co-production between Ciaran Myers and Edinburgh-based Asylon Theatre at the New Town Theatre, treats difficult themes sensitively and tactfully. Unfortunately, this is at the expense of dramatic impact.

Junior Review by Cora Dibdin:
Fraxi is an ash tree and she is queen of the forest because she is very tall. Fraxi is played by a woman dressed up and she uses her arms and hands as branches. She talks and moves around.

Pop-up theatre has been taken to new lengths this week by Asylon Theatre, who have been staging a series of solo performances on Stage Coach buses numbers 40 and 55 and are now taking them to Discover 21.
