What’s on Edinburgh’s pages this week?

Not a lot, it would seem. EdGAS is celebrating is centenary with a production of The Gondoliers at the Festival Theatre, while the BA students from PASS at Edinburgh College have showcase productions around town as part of GLOW Festival.

It seems that Edinburgh’s theatre has something of a hungry gap, as my old dad would call it; that point when the winter veg was all finished and the summer crop had yet to come into season.

So there is plenty of behind the scenes activity around Edinburgh’s theatre companies. Casting calls for EdFringe shows, both amateur and grassroots, are still ongoing and plenty of companies are in the midst of rehearsals for shows that are to come.
